Coding and programming is incomplete without bug tracking. I am working as a software tester wherein the process is a daily affair. Our software is being used by various professionals who work in emergency situations. On the worse, if the software is launched with a flaw it can cost the company more than what you can imagine. As I am in a senior most designation the responsibility of handling the entire process remains with me.
