Bug Tracking System – An Asset to the Software Companies

Coding and programming is incomplete without bug tracking. I am working as a software tester wherein the process is a daily affair. Our software is being used by various professionals who work in emergency situations. This makes it essential to employ every necessary step to prevent any errors in the functionality of the software. If a single bug remains unnoticed there are chances that the software gets rejected. On the worse, if the software is launched with a flaw it can cost the company more than what you can imagine. As I am in a senior most designation the responsibility of handling the entire process remains with me. When my team was assigned with an extremely vast project I was sure that it would be impossible for them to identify the bugs manually. I managed to convince the management to employing the new and advanced bug tracking software services for identifying and managing bugs. The team is now successful in completing any number of projects assigned to them within a short span of time. This software is truly an asset to any software company. The programmers, developers and the testers are equally happy with the performance of this software.
